Paper is jammed inside the fax machine.

Open the control panel
cover by lifting it
toward you, and then
lift the top cover
toward the back.

Remove the jammed
paper.

Close the control panel cover and top cover.
Paper is jammed inside the front of the fax machine.

Pull the paper toward
you.
Note
If the jammed paper is under the Print Head, unplug the fax machine, and then you
can move the Print Head to remove the paper.
