Wait a few minutes for the file to download, as illustrated below at Figure 4-37. Once complete, follow
the steps outlined previously in
4-5.3.2 Manual Installation of Crystal Reports Web Components
implement the software setup.
Once the Crystal Reports Web Components has been installed, relaunch Internet Explorer and
connect to the eServer Host computer to continue.
