With "N" selected, pressing the
key will NOT store the selection, but
simply return to the PROBE SELECT

If using the 2 wire Combination Probe (which
doesn't have a temperature sensor), T COMP
OVERRIDE must be set to ON, and the actual
probe temperature set through the T COMP
OVERRIDE menu.

PROBE SELECT will allow the user to select
whether the probe is a 2 or 4 wire
combination probe, or a 5 wire differential
probe.
