than 2.2mA, the fault relay is activated. The fault relay is also activated if a channel is enabled, but no alarm
levels or too many alarm levels have been enabled.

If a channel is disabled, its 4-20mA input is not

monitored.

Alarm Configurations

The alarm relays for alarms 1, 2, and 3 each have a DIP switch bank with three switches that are used to
configure the relays.

The Fault relay has a DIP switch with one active switch that controls the fault

configuration. Alarms 1, 2, and 3 can be configured as Silencable, Non-Silencable, Latching, Non-Latching,
Energized, or Non-Energized. The Fault relay can only be configured as Latching or Non-Latching. Each
relay provides the customer with a set of dry contacts. The contacts are Common, Normally Open, and
Normally Closed, labeled ‘C’, ‘NO’, and ‘NC’ respectively.
