Problem

Potential Cause(s)

Fault active

More than 3 alarm levels are set on an active channel
No alarm levels are set on an active channel
4-20mA input is not connected to the Channel
4-20mA input is below 2.2mA – fix/replace sensor

Sensors not receiving power

Sensor not connected correctly
Input voltage to Relay Card is not correct level (12-28 VDC)
Connector wired incorrectly

Alarm Relay Active when sensor(s) is not in
alarm

Relay is set for energized
Relay connector wired incorrectly
