3. Make sure the saw is properly secured on a firm, level surface.
4. Use only the recommended accessories.
5. Use extra caution with very large, very small, or awkwardly shapedworkpieces.
6. Keep hands away from the blade at all times to prevent accidental injury.
Assembly and adjustments
Unpacking
Carefully unpack the band saw and all its parts. Compare against the list below. Do not discard
the carton or any packaging until the band saw is completely assembled.
WARNING: If any part is missing or damaged, do not plug in the band saw until the
missing or damaged part is replaced.
