Introduction:

Thank you for purchasing a Pro-Cut On Car Lathe. Your lathe should provide you with years of safe
duty when properly used and maintained.

This is the safety and specification manual for the Pro-Cut PFM 9.0 and 9.2 models of On-Car
Brake Lathe. This document as well as the accompanying Owner’s Manual are to accompany all
new 9.0 and 9.2 series lathes. Copies of these manuals can also be obtained by contacting your
local Pro-Cut lathe distributor.

General:

This Safety Manual and the accompanying Owner’s Manual should be kept in a safe place
for future reference. They have been written for the lathe operators who must read and fully
understand them before using the Pro-Cut lathes.

Reading and understanding of both of these manuals provides a minimum of training in
the use of Pro-Cut On-Car Lathes. If you require further training, or re-training, please contact
your local Pro-Cut Lathe distributor who will be happy to assist you with ongoing training needs.

damage or injury caused by non-observance of the instructions contained within the Safety and
