4-4-5. Ultra sonic cleaning
(Model FC20-BU)
With the ultra sonic cleaning system the liquid
around the glass membrane of the electrode is
vibrated. The cleaning effect is highly depen-
dent on the vibration energy and the velocity
passing the electrodes.
On a generator this energy can be adjusted.
ATTENTION
It is important that the correct electrodes are
used which are capable of withstanding the for-
ces involved. Therefore the ‘heavy duty’ elec-
trodes of Yokogawa are recommended.

Ce système génère une vibration du liquide
autour de la membrane de verre, cela évite ou
élimine les dépôts sur celle-ci. L’effet netto-
yant de la méthode dépend essentiellement de
la vitesse de circulation du fluide autour des
électrodes.
Il est possible de régler les vibrations à partir
du générateur.
ATTENTION
Le choix des électrodes est important puis-
qu’elles doivent supporter ces vibrations.
(p.e. les types “heavy duty” de Yokogawa).
Se reporter à la figure 4-8 pour les instructions
de montage.
