Fan Mounting Plate
Description
Designed to mount a fan and louver
kit together. This fan mounting plate
kit consists of a fan mounting plate,
filter and all necessary hardware for
installation. When ordering a fan
mounting plate, you will need to
order a fan, louver kit and a fan
guard. Fans, louver kits and fan
guards must be ordered separately.

Notes:
Installation Instructions:
1. Make sure that the proper kits have been ordered.
2. Locate and mark holes and cutout per louver kit
instructions on page K27-K28.
3. Assemble kits as shown in figure 1.
4. After installation is complete, make sure that no
hardware interferes with any internal or external
equipment.
Note: Fan guard, fan
and louver plate are
not included in kit.
Order separately.
