FOR REP SERIES, PRO-6000 & PRO-PLUS WINCHES: Refer to INSTALLATION and
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS section of winch owner's manual for installation of fairlead, winch and
electrical hookup.
FOR PRO-8000/PRO-9000 SERIES WINCHES ONLY: Place winch in channel assembly (item #3).
Lift motor end of winch up enough to allow attachment of motor wires to motor terminals. Securely
attach "F-1", "F-2" and "A" wire from solenoid assembly to appropriate "F-1", "F-2" and "A" terminals
of motor assembly. Place boot on wires over motor terminals. Refer to INSTALLATION and
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS section of winch owner's manual for installation of fairlead, winch and
remaining electrical hookup.
Push battery cables into loom #21 and slide loom up cable as close as possible to channel. Secure
loom to cable using (1) cable tie #19 at each end of loom. To improve appearance, wrap ends of
loom with black electrical tape.
