STEP 3
Attach nut plate #2 to inside of R.H. bracket assembly as shown below. Insert (2) 1/2-13NC x 1-1/4
lg. capscrews #7 through lockwashers #10, flatwashers #11, bracket #3, then into front nutserts in
nut plate.
Repeat for L.H. bracket assembly #4.
STEP 4
You will need assistance for this step.
Have someone hold the bumper in place while you install R.H. bracket assembly #3 through bumper
and bumper bracket and into end of vehicle frame. The outside mounting holes in the R.H. bracket
assembly should be slotted. Secure bracket to front of frame using (2) 1/2-13NC x 1-1/2 lg.
capscrews #6 with flatwashers #11, lockwashers #10, and nuts #8 in the outside holes as shown.
Note: Inside holes are drilled and hardware installed in a later step. DO NOT TIGHTEN HARDWARE
COMPLETELY.
Repeat for L.H. bracket assembly #4.
