The Platinum Series gas convection oven is intended
for use in commercial establishments by qualified
operating personnel where all operators are familiar
with the purpose, limitations, and associated
hazards of this appliance. Operating instructions
and warnings must be read and understood by all
operators and users.
Instructions to be followed in the event the odor of
gas is detected should be posted in a prominent
location. Specific instructions are available from
your local gas supplier.

• Extinguish any open flame.
• Use a telephone OUTSIDE THE
PROPERTY & IMMEDIATELY
contact your gas supplier.
• If unable to contact your gas supplier,
contact the fire department.
IN THE EVENT OF A POWER FAILURE:
• TURN ALL SWITCHES OFF.
• WAIT UNTIL POWER IS RESTORED BEFORE
ATTEMPTING TO OPERATE THE OVEN.

the oven is safe for consumption according to local
health regulations.
