Blocking Set the default behavior of Send Frame instructions.
If set to TRUE, the Send Frame instruction is blocked
until the frame is sent (unless overridden in the
Send Frame parameter).
If set to FALSE, Send Frame will continue executing
script instructions, even if the Send command is still
queued in the output FIFO and not yet executed
(unless overridden in the instruction parameter).
Default: FALSE
