2. Using a screwdriver, disconnect damaged line
cord from 1TB-L1, 1TB-N and 1TB-ground.
3. Cut wire ties securing line cord.
4. Loosen the line cord grommet on bottom panel
and pull damaged cord out.
5. Insert new line cord (see PARTS IDENTIFI-
CATION section of this manual to order)
through grommet and connect to 1TB as
follows:
6. Close cabinet door, secure and plug MGS unit
back in.

6. Tighten bottom panel grommet. Resecure
cable assembly with wire ties.
7. Close cabinet door, secure and plug MGS unit
back in.

1. Ensure MGS unit is unplugged from AC outlet
and open cabinet door.
2. Remove fittings from flow switch threads.
3. Remove two wires from flow switch terminals.
4. Remove defective flow switch.
5. Attach two wires to new flow switch terminals.

1. Ensure MGS unit is unplugged from AC outlet
and open cabinet door.
2. Disconnect plugs TB1, TB2, TB3, TB4 and
TB5 from MGS PC board mounted inside
cabinet door.
3. Remove eight mounting screws from MGS
board and lift the board out.

6. Place new flow switch in place of old flow
switch and secure fittings.
7. Close cabinet door, secure screws and plug
MGS unit back in.

1. Ensure MGS unit is unplugged from AC outlet
and open cabinet door.
2. Disconnect plugs 6PL, 7PL and 9PL (see
Figure 9) from control unit PC board mounted
on inside of cabinet door.
3. Remove two screws from heat sink base and
lift the PC board out.

DO NOT remove the PC board from the
heat sink as it is an integrated assembly.
4. Insert new PC board (see PARTS IDENTIFI-
CATION section of this manual for ordering
information) and secure the two heat sink
screws.
5. Reconnect plugs 6PL, 7PL and 9PL to PC
board.
6. Close cabinet door, secure and plug MGS unit
back in.
