6-channel digital audio
The ADI AD1888 AC’97 audio CODEC is onboard to provide 6-channel audio
playback for 5.1 surround sound and over 90dB dynamic range. A digital audio
connector is onboard to accommodate an optional S/PDIF (Sony/Philips Digital
Interface) Out module.
