4.4. OPERATING THE SCALE
4.4.1. Power-Up the Scale
1. Press the key for two (2) seconds.
2. The display will indicate a power up cycle: All segments on / software revision
[P7.5]/ audit trail nr.[xxxxx]
3. After the power-up cycle, the scale display will display the weight that is
present on the scale.
4.4.2. Zeroing the Scale
1. If the scale does not indicate a zero, press the key to zero the scale.
2. The scale will indicate zero and is ready to perform weighments.
4.4.3. Select Units
1. Press the key to change the Units from lbs to kgs.
2. This feature is configuration selectable.
4.4.4. Manual Tare Entry
1. Pressing the key will store the Gross weight on the scale.
2. The digit on the right hand side of the display will begin blinking.
3. Pressing the key will scroll the digit numeric value down or press the
key to increase the numeric value.
4. Upon entering the value required, press the key up to 5 times to save the
value entered and exit the manual tare entry mode. The Net indication should
have an chevron next to it indicating the scale is in the Net mode.
