Editing the Ticket Properties
Access the ADD/CHANGE TEXT Properties window by clicking on any data
item, or by pressing the Options button and selecting Edit properties.
─ Properties for each field are individually set.
─ There is a maximum of forty (40) report fields available for each ticket.
ƒ The first eighteen (18) report fields are pre-defined.
