High-Density Polyurethane
Transfer Hose
Hose is made from a high-density poly-
urethane formulation for extended life
when handling abrasive materials. Hose
has a smooth bore to provide excellent
material flow rates. Corrugated construc-
tion provides good flexibility and light
weight making hose easy to use. Hose
remains flexible at sub-zero temperatures
from -30°F to 150°F.

Material Hose
For Severe Service
MORR-TUFF is specifically designed for
unloading pellets from rail cars, handling
sand blast grit, and the transfer of grain
and other severe applications.
MORR-TUFF is a blend of Nitrile, poly-
urethane and PVC that makes it flexible,
lightweight and easy to handle – even in
the large sizes. Compared to rubber and
metal hoses, MORR-TUFF offers a low-
cost alternative. The outer black cover is
static dissipating and ozone resistant.
Operating temperature from -30°F to 150°F.
Hose Clamps Galvanized steel saddle,
nuts and washers with electroplated,
spiral-thread bolts.
