11. Lightly coat the 9201-2-24 (3/4” Chrome Ball) with 6706-2-1 (White
Grease) and install it and the 3102-20-1 (4 Lobed Ball Guide) into
3102-17-1 (Foot Valve Body).
12. Compress the 3102-15-1 (Ball Stop) and insert it into the groove of
the 3102-17-1 (Foot Valve Body)
13. Lightly coat the two 7301-3-129 (O-Rings) and install one in each
end in the grooves on the 3102-14-1 (Cylinder). Insert one end of
the Cylinder into the 3102-17-1 (Foot Valve Body).
14. Slide the 3102-14-1 (Cylinder) with the 3102-17-1 (Foot Valve
Body) over the Piston Rod Assembly.
15. Lightly coat the threads of the 7101-3-52 (Hex Head Bolts) with
lithium grease and thread through the 3102-18-1 (Foot Valve
Collar). Screw the Hex Head Bolts, into the 3102-6-1 (Outlet Body)
Tighten uniformly until “wrench tight”.
16. Use a 1/4” metal rod or Phillips screwdriver to tighten the 3102-1-1
(Packing Nut). Do not over tighten.
To Reinstall Fluid Section onto SystemOne
Gelcoater Unit:
17. Fasten the 3102-00-01 (FS1.29S1 Fluid Section Assy) to the 1105-
02-01 (Pump Mount Plate Assy) using the four 7101-2-12 (Hex
Head Bolts).
18. Position the 8401-4-1 (Sleeve) over the Power Cylinder Piston
Shaft. Bring the Power Cylinder Piston Shaft down onto the top of
the 3101-8-1 (Piston Rod Adapter). Insert the two 8401-3-1 (Con-
nectors) then lower the sleeve over the Connectors. Install the
8401-5-1 (E-Ring) into the machined groove.
19. Slide the end of the 4103-7-1 (Slide Arm) into the slot in the 3101-
8-1 (Piston Rod Adapter) and insert the 7203-8-1 (Quick Pin).
20. Fill the Packing Nut cavity 1/2 to 2/3 full with appropriate oil.
NOTE
3102-1-1 (Packing Nut) only needs to be tightened snug enough to put
pressure on the 3102-4-01 (Packing Set Assy). The Packing Nut should
only be adjusted when there is NO fluid pressure load in the fluid
section.
