OUTLET BODY
Metering Pump Assembly:
1. Insert the 7/16” SS Ball (9201-1-14) into the Inlet Body (4101-7-1).
2. Position an O-Ring (O-S-014) onto the notched end of the Cylinder (4101-2-1).
3. Screw the notched end of the Cylinder (4101-2-1) into the Inlet Body (4101-7-1). Turn by
hand until it bottoms on the Inlet Body, “snug tight”.
4. Thread the Lock Nut (4101-1-1) onto the Cylinder (4101-2-1) until it bottoms on the
Cylinder shoulder.
5. Install an O-Ring (O-S-014) onto the long threaded end of the Cylinder (4101-2-1).
6. Install the Packing Nut (4101-11-1), Upper Guide (4101-12-1) and Packing Set (4101-13-01)
onto the Piston Rod (4101-10-1). Note Piston Rod Packing set orientation below.
NOTE
Care must be taken to not scratch or dent SS Ball.
NOTE
Take care not to damage the O-ring on the threads.
