Isochronous Clocking Jumpers

The Oxford Semiconductor 16C950 allows for the reception of both transmit and
receive clocks for isochronous communications (for a discussion on isochronous
clocking refer to the Technical Description section). The header that provides the
selection of either a modem control signal or the clock option is header E3.
