CPU Frequency
This parameter displays your CPU’s speed and bus frequency. Selecting
this option displays the screen below:
Parameter Description Option
Bus Frequency The bus frequency refers to the speed
by which data is transferred between
internal system components and the
CPU or the main memory of the CPU.
A fast bus allows data to be transferred
faster, which makes applications run
faster.
CPU Frequency
Multiplier The CPU/Bus ratio of the system. 20 X
Processor
Speed The processor speed is the speed at
which a microprocessor executes
instructions. Clock speeds are
expressed in megahertz (MHz), with 1
MHz being equal to 1 million cycles per
second. The faster the clock, the more
instructions the CPU can execute per
second.
