In order to have the camera viewable on the network, an IP address has to be assigned first. A software
called
IP-Installer (provided in the Installation CD) will help you assign the IP address easily. If your network
uses a DHCP server, the server will automatically assign an IP addresses to the camera. If your network does
not have a DHCP server, the camera will assign itself a default IP address, 192.168.123.100. For detail, refer
to the user’s manual of the IP Installer.
