Verify the USB port availability
Pull up the Start menu, select Setting and then click Control Panel. In
the Control Panel window double-click the System icon. In the System
Properties window select the General tab to verify that you have
Windows 98. Next select the Device Manager tab and look for the USB
devices as shown below.
If the Universal serial bus controller is not on the list, refer to you
computer’s User Manual.
You may need to access the system configuration (CMOS setup, or BIOS
setup) to enable the USB function.
