• When the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use
since the proximity of water presents a hazard even when the
appliance is switched off.
• For enhanced safety, it is recommended to install a differential
circuit breaker with a nominal operating differential current that
does not exceed 30 mA (10 mA is ideal) in the electric circuit of
the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
ATTENTION: do not use this appliance near bathtubs,
showers, basins or other vessels containing water.
Never place the appliance in water.
• If the appliance is faulty or malfunctions, switch it off and do
not tamper with it. Any repairs must only be carried out by an
authorised technical service centre.
• This appliance is not suitable to be used in the presence of flammable
anaesthetic mixtures with air or Oxygen or Nitrous Oxide.
• DO NOT use the appliance with wet hands, damp feet or
barefoot.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the mains supply before
cleaning or performing maintenance and when the appliance is
not in use.
• DO NOT pull the power cable or the appliance itself to remove
the plug from the socket.
• DO NOT expose the appliance to humidity or weather
conditions (rain, sun, etc.).
• If the power cable is damaged it must be replaced by an
authorised technical service centre, so as to prevent all risks.
• The device must only be used on human hair. DO NOT use the
device on animals.
• DO NOT obstruct the ventilation filters.
• DO NOT use the appliance if the skin colour sensor is cracked
or broken.
• DO NOT use the appliance if the external casing is cracked
or broken.
• DO NOT use the appliance if the lamp (1) is damaged or if the
treatment surface (1A) is cracked, chipped or missing.
• DO NOT use the appliance if the plug (7) is cracked or broken.
• Use the appliance only with the supplied power supply TYpE
KSA24A1200150HE (7).
• NEVER look directly at the light emitted from the treatment
surface (1).
