Supervisor Password, User Password
The BIOS Setup program allows you to specify two separate passwords: a
Supervisor password and a User password. The passwords control access to
the BIOS during system startup. When enabled, the Supervisor password is
required for entering the BIOS Setup program and having full access to all
Security menu options.
To set the password, highlight the appropriate field and press . Type
in a password and press . You can type up to eight alphanumeric
characters. Symbols and other keys are ignored. To confirm the password,
type the password again and press the .
To clear the password, highlight this field and press . The same dialog
box as above will appear. Press and the password will be disabled.
