IEEE 1394a support
The IEEE 1394a interface provides high speed digital interface for audio/video
appliances such as digital television, digital video camcorders, storage peripherals

S/PDIF digital sound ready
This motherboard provides convenient connectivity to external home theater audio
systems via the coaxial S/PDIF-out (SONY-PHILIPS Digital Interface) jack.It allows
to transfer digital audio without converting to analog format and keeps the best
signal quality. See pages 2-24 and 2-32 for details.
Gigabit LAN solution
PCI Express Gb LAN controller delivers transfer speeds up to ten times faster than
conventional 10/100/1000 Ethernet connections. Gigabit LAN is the networking
