CPU Configuration
The items in this menu show the CPU-related information that the BIOS automatically
detects.
The items shown in submenu may be different due to the CPU you installed.
Limit CPUID Maximum [Disabled]
[Enabled]
Allows legacy operating systems to boot even without support for CPUs
with extended CPUID functions.
[Disabled]
Disables this function.
C6 Mode [Auto]
Enables or disables C6 mode. Configuration options: [Auto] [Enabled] [Disabled]
CPB Mode [Auto]
Disables the CPB (Core Performance Boost) mode or set it to [Auto] for automatic
configuration. Configuration options: [Disabled] [Auto]
AMD PowerNow function [Enabled]
Enables or disables the AMD PowerNow function. Configuration options: [Enabled] [Disabled]
SVM [Enabled]
Enables or disables AMD virtualization in the CPU. This secure virtual mode will let you run
multiple operating systems (guest) on the same physical hardware by decoupling OS and
physical hardware with the hypervisor layer. Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
