Attach base cover plate ( B) into position on base assembly (A) as shown in Figure 5.1.
Secure base cover plate ( B) in position using four M4 x 12 mm phillips screws with four #10 flat washers on both
sides of the base cover plate. Secure a fifth M4 x 12 mm phillips screw ( D) to base cover plate (B) in the rear
facing position as shown in Figure 5.2
