PREPARATION
Tools Required for Assembly:
(Not included)
• Pencil
• Electrical drill with 5/16 in. drill bit
• Hammer
CAUTION: Molly bolts are for dry walls only. Use tile anchors for tile surfaces. (Not included)
CAUTION:The tempered glass will break if dropped.
Take extra precautionary measures to ensure a secure grip on the parts.
INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Hold assembled item up against desired position on wall,
and outline the back plates of end pieces with a pencil. (Fig. 1)
Use a measuring tape and a level for accuracy.
2. Position a mounting bracket (C) in the center of outlined back plate.
Use a pencil to mark positioning of the screw holes. (Fig. 2)
3. Drill 5/16 in. pilot holes into the wall where the molly bolts
will be inserted using an electrical drill.
4. Tap molly bolts into the pilot holes using a hammer.
5.Use an electrical screwdriver to tighten the screws.
This will collapse the molly bolts (F) tightly to the wall. (Fig. 3)
6.Unscrew the screws (f) from the molly bolts.
Molly bolts will remain in the wall. (Fig. 4)
7. Place the mounting bracket (C) over the molly bolts (F). Insert
the screws (f) back through the bracket and the molly bolts,
thentighten firmly with Philips head screwdriver. (Fig. 5)
8. Secure the end piece (A) with Allen wrench (G)
and set screw (D). (Fig. 6)
9. Repeat 2-8 for the other end piece, and place the tempered glass (B) on top.
Secure the glass with knurling finials (E). (Fig. 1)
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
To maintain the beautiful luster finish, please use soft damp cloths when cleaning and never use any cleaning solvents.
