CAMARO WIRE HARNESS COVER

PART #103036

Parts Included:
1x Wire Harness Cover
1x 3/8” Washer Head Screw
1x 1'' Decorative Chrome Cap

Introduction: This new cover has been especially designed to install to the 2010 Camaro LS3 engine very easily. An ACC
wire tuck is required.

Liner Information: Your new accessories will come to you with a protective surface liner. Leave this liner in place until
the installation is complete to prevent finger prints and or possible scratches during installation.

1. After you have performed the ACC wire tuck procedure you should have all the wires stranded along the front side of
the factory valve cover thus the need for this unique cover. . This newly created wire cover will slip over a single wire
cable running over to the throttle body as it covers over the larger harness tract created during the tuck procedure. The
new cover will have a long slit specifically for this wire.

2. Before you attempt to slide the new cover in place you will have the large bolt and loop securing the harness
protruding from the left side of the engine headed directly towards the front of the vehicle. This bolt will need to be
taped in order to create the single attachment screw needed for this installation. Using a 5/32 cobalt drill bit, drill the
dead center of the bolt head inward about 1/2''. Then using the 3/8 washer head screw provided drive the screw into
your newly created hole to create a threaded hole specifically for your new screw. Once threaded, remove the screw.
This screw will be the only necessary attachment point for the new cover.

3. Slip the new cover over the single wire harness running over to the throttle body and then jostle the new cover in
position so the hole on the cover lines up with the hole you just piloted. Then simply set the screw in place to secure the
new cover. You have been provided with a 1'' decorative chrome cap. Using clear 100% silicone, apply a small dab of the
silicone to the underside of the cap and set it over your screw. Use a small piece of masking tape to hold the new cap in
place until the silicone sets in about 3 hours. That will complete the installation.
