Your new license plate frame comes to you with a set of flat black vinyl graphic back
drops. These are supplied to be placed directly to the paint just in back of the frame grille
areas to simulate a real vent opening. To utilize these, place the frame in position and
mark the grille mesh or perforated locations through the grille directly onto the paint with
a pencil. Remove the frame and then carefully peel the vinyl from the paper sheet and
then apply the graphic using your thumb to iron the black vinyl to the paint at both
