2. NOTE: It will be necessary to have a friend help you with this installation. Standing on
both the driver and passenger side of the lower hood area hold your new insert and
place into area to determine its exact position. Please note your new cowl plate ships to
you flat so it will be necessary to gently mold the plate by hand to achieve a nice
contoured fit to your hood. Make sure that it sits uniformly from side to side and mark
the insert and hood at the very center and at the far left and right to mark level.
3. Please note installation of this panel is permanent and once positioned will not allow
re positioning. It is advisable to make a couple trial runs for positioning before removing
the red liner. Once the liner is removed you will only have one shot at attaching this
insert so take your time. Once you feel confident that you can place the panel in
position properly, Peel the red liner and reposition. Press firmly to set. Remove the
protective liner.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
Note: Care must be taken when cleaning your cover. It is a good idea to lightly dust
your cover with a clean soft cloth first in order to prevent any particles from
scratching it. Then wipe (using a new clean soft cloth) with a good quality streak free
glass cleaner.
