2. Start with the flat cover. Your new cover come to you pre shaped however it will
be necessary to adjust this shape by hand until you have achieved a nice
contoured fit without forcing. This may require you to shape and reshape several
times until you get it just right.
3. Once you have achieved a nice contoured fit remove the red liner and set into
place pressing firmly to achieve a nice permanent bond.
4. Next install the air tube. Remove the wire connector from the flow sensor. It will
seem like your new air tube is rolled too tight to install however the tube will
open enough for the installation by spreading the seam and forcing the tube
over the flow sensor then allow the cover to snap over the entire tube. Once in
position squeeze the tube with both hands to restore its shape. Reconnect the
wire connector to the flow sensor. Remove the protective liner.
Note: Care must be taken when cleaning your covers. It is a good idea to lightly dust
your covers with a clean soft cloth first in order to prevent any particles from scratching
it. Then wipe (using a new clean soft cloth) with a good quality streak free glass cleaner.
