for input and output bypass capacitors (Creg).
NOTES:
1) It is important to place all Cs, Rs, Rx and Ry
components physically near to the chip.
2) Leave YnA, YnB unconnected if not used
Add two 100nF capacitors: one close to balls A5, C1 and G3,
and another close to balls E7 and C7.
