Color Conversion Chart for
1EL3039 and 1EL2980 Wire
New Moisture Sensor Wire Color Scheme
To help reduce noise issues that could interfere with the accuracy of the sensor, the new wire cable was
introduced on all product lines that used the 1EL3039 and 1EL2980 cable.
Below is the color code correction for new wiring scheme.
NOTE: Two (2) wires now need to be connected to the GREEN wire connection as noted above.
Old Wire Connection New Wire Connection
Red Blue
Green White/Blue or Light Blue and White/Brown or Light Brown
Brown Brown
Black Orange
White White/Orange or Light Orange
