.1 Maintenance
I
f the instrument is used properly, no special maintenance is required
in normal operation.
I
n some applications, product buildup on the diaphragm can influence
the measuring result. Depending on the sensor and application, take
precautions to ensure that heavy buildup, and especially a hardening
thereof, is avoided.
I
f necessary, clean the diaphragm. Make sure that the materials are
resistant to the cleaning process, see resistance list under "Services"
on "www.vega.com". The wide variety of applications of isolating
diaphragms makes special cleaning instructions necessary for each
application. Please ask the VEGA agency serving you.
