Requirements:
x Application for purchased warranty must be made within one (1) year of the in-service date of the vehicle
x Vehicles must be licensed to operate on public roadways
x Extended Warranty is only available for the Drive Axle model D52-190 single reduction family of axles
x A 6SLFHU approved synthetic lubricant must be used and lubricant must be changed per 6SLFHU
prescribed maintenance schedules (Reference 6SLFHU publication TCMT-0021). Lube change records will
be required for verification purposes.
x Maximum Weight is limited to 120,000 lbs GCW - A review of weight tickets will be required to document vehicle
loads
x Extended Warranty applies exclusively to vehicles licensed and operated in the United States of America
x Extended Warranty covers parts and labor per Dana established guidelines which can be found in the
Roadranger Warranty Manual TCWY-0600
Limitations and Exclusions:

x Input, Output and Pinion Seals limited to 3yrs/ 300,000 miles
x Extended Warranty excludes wheel ends, wheel seals and gaskets
