System setting
Beep Sound
The Beep Sound function lets you control whether a beep sounds
when you touch certain buttons on the screen.
1.
Touch the Menu ( ) Setting
( ) tab “Beep Sound.”
2.
Touch the desired submenu item.
3.
To exit, touch the Exit ( ) or
Return ( ) tab until the menu
disappears.
The Beep Sound is canceled in the following cases:
- During recording and playback.
- When the camcorder has a cable connection (Audio/Video cable,
HDMI cable, etc.).
Shutter Sound
The Shutter Sound function lets you turn the shutter sound that
plays when you press the PHOTO /
(My Clip) button on or off.

Touch the Menu ( ) Setting
( ) tab “Shutter Sound.”

Touch the desired submenu item.
3.
To exit the menu, touch the Exit
(
) or Return ( ) tab.
The camcorder does not make the shutter sound:
- If you press the PHOTO /
(My Clip) button during video
recording.
- When the camcorder has a cable connection (Audio/Video cable,
HDMI cable, etc.).
Submenu items
Off: Disables the function.
On: You will hear a beep when pressing buttons or tabs
such as the Power ( ) button or Recording start/
stop button.
