Installation of hotchkis end links

Raise the Vehicle
Raise the vehicle by using a drive-on alignment rack. Securely block the front wheels of the vehicle. You may also
floor ramps. It is easier to perform this installation with the suspension at normal ride height.

Remove Rear End Links
Remove the OE rear end links. You may discard these and the hardware.

Install Hotchkis End Links
Follow the diagram on the next page to assemble your end links. There are two different pairs of bolts included in
your kit. One is pair is longer than the other. Use the longer bolts on the sway bar end connection and the shorter
bolts on the control arm mount.
Adjust the length of the end links to the same length as the OE link as an initial setting.
End links use right and left-hand thread heim joints which allow for easy length adjustment without dissassembly.
(Tip: Apply blue thread locking compound to the provided nuts to prolong hardware tightness.)
