8. When you have removed the rods you will need to take a measurement of the rod.
Measure from eyelet to eyelet. You will need to adjust the new radius rod to this
distance. Our measurement was 24 3/8”, but check yours to make sure it is correct!
9. Set the distance on the new rod by adjusting the heim joint and jam nut.
10. Once you have set the distance on the new rod attach it to the RZR. Attach the ends of
the radius bars to the RZR frame using the 10x65mm Hex Bolts, 10mm Flat Washer
provided and the stock flat washer, and 10mm Lock Nuts provided in the kit.
