Removal:
You will need to remove the following items to install your new Looney Tuned
Exhaust System. Remove both seats, the center console, stock muffler, stock front and
rear headers, and the heat shield that surrounded the stock 2into1 piece
Install:
First, using the stock header bolts and stock exhaust gasket loosely install the LTE rear
header to the rear cylinder of the UTV; do not tighten the bolts yet. Repeat this step
with the front header on the front cylinder. Next install the rear midpipe to the rear
header and install the spring between the two pipes. Again repeat this step with the
front midpipe and front header. Next install the steel spacers into the stock muffler
mounting grommets as shown.
Install the supplied offset brackets as shown using the longer supplied button head bolts
Next install the mufflers to the midpipes and then the offset brackets. Tighten the all
four bolts on the offset brackets and install the remaining two springs between the
