Front Lift
* Sides of the ATV are described as if one is sitting on the ATV.
1) Place jack under center of ATV front end and lift until front wheels clear the ground. Be
careful to support ATV properly so that it is securely supported but so that A-arms and shocks
can droop to full extension.
2) Remove front wheels.
3) Slide bottom of lift bracket “A” over A-arm shock mount then insert spacer “D”, between the
existing shock mount. Insert one of the new 3/8” X 2 ¼” bolts through the bottom of bracket
“A” and through spacer “D”.
4) Put the bottom of the shock into the top of lift bracket “A”. Place spacer “E” between the front
side of the shock and the inside of bracket “A”, and insert a new 3/8” X 2 ¼”Bolts through
bracket “A” and “E”.
5) The bracket and shock must maintain its original angle or serious tire damage can occur.
6) Tighten all bolts to manufacturer’s torque specifications.
7) Repeat this procedure for the opposite A-arm.
8) Remount front wheels and lower ATV.
Rear Lift
1) Place jack under the center of the ATV, (Not the rear axle) and lift until weight is off the
suspension. Be careful to secure the ATV properly so as not to fall off the jack.
2) Remove wheels.
3) Remove both rear shocks. (The lift can be installed with the bottom of the shock on, but this
can make it difficult to align the lift brackets).
4) After removing the shocks, jack the ATV up an additional 1”-2”.
5) Place bracket “B” on the ATV top shock mount, and place spacer “C” in the center of the
mount. Secure bracket “B” and “C” in place with a new 3/8” X 2 ¼” bolt. (The angle cut
should be facing back and down).
6) Place the top of the shock in the bottom of bracket “B” and place spacer “E” between the
outside of the shock and the inside of bracket “B”. Secure bracket “B”, “E”, and the shock
with a new 3/8” X 2 ¼” bolt.
7) Repeat this procedure on the opposite side.
8) Tighten all bolts to manufacturer’s torque specifications.
9) Replace wheels, and lower ATV.
10) Check for clearance problems or misalignments.
