shock mount, replace the stock nuts. Mount the brackets to the frame and silencer with the supplied
hardware (see pic#2 & 4).

Install 1 spring per side from the silencer to the mid pipe. Locate the rubber bumpers you removed

from your stock exhaust and thread into the remaining brackets welded to the pipes. Thread them in the
brackets far enough to make the silencers level with the frame from a side view. Secure to the frame with
the stock springs in the same fashion as stock exhaust (see pic# 3 ).

Recheck all hardware from the cylinder to the silencer being sure all are tight and secure. Drill a

½” hole in your stock frame to bed heat shield (see pic #3)to clear the head of the rubber mount hardware.
Then install supplied bed heat shield (see pic #2). Re-install the bed assembly, the seats and double check
that all hardware is secure.

Before your first ride, be sure all of your new exhaust components are free of oil and fingerprints

as it will darken when it becomes hot. Check for leaks. If you find any leaks apply a small amount of
high temperature silicone to seal it. Re-check all hardware and silencer packing every 15 to 20 hours of
riding.

F1 note:

Torque spec for header flanges 13ft pounds. Improper tightening of header flanges will

not be covered under WARRANTY.

JETTING SPECIFICATIONS: Jetting Specs provided are for a stock motor with a Looney Tuned
Exhaust System at sea level. Other performance modifications to your bike usually require changes
in jetting. Final jetting is the customer’s responsibility

QUIET CORES:

Quiet cores are an option. If you ordered them with this kit they come not installed. To install the

quiet cores remove both rear end caps (turn downs) and install the quiet cores with the tubes facing
inward. Re-install the end caps.

Silencer Packing

We recommend checking you’re packing every 15 to 20 hours of riding. As your decibel level will
increase and without the packing will damage the internals of your silencers. No Warranty will be given
for failure from lack of maintaining.

FIRST RIDE:

Before taking your RZR for the first ride make sure NO WIRES ARE TOUCHING

THE EXHAUST. Your first ride with your RZR after installing your new exhaust system should only be
15-20 minutes. Then let your system cool and re-tighten all the bolts and clamps.
