READ FULLY BEFORE INSTALLATION!
This kit allows removal of the round steel rod support brackets that are located in the front fender well
which provide vertical support for the front portion of the Rincon floorboards.
The objective of the kit is to allow removal of the obstruction to oversize tires that is caused by this
stock support bracket. This rod is replaced with a heavy-duty rectangular support bracket that fits
entirely under the floorboards and bolts to the frame and foot peg support.
Installation:
1. To make installation easier when installing fender kit, turn off the gas inlet valve; set the parking
brake, and with assistance stand ATV on its rear.
Installation can be done with ATV on the ground
.
NOTE: Anytime an ATV stands on its rear there is a danger of it falling. It is recommended that when
the ATV is standing on its rear that it be secured to a stable object, using a rope or ratchet strap.
2. Unbolt and remove the solid floorboard support rods from the inside rear corner of the front
fender wells. Note that the foot peg support bracket supports the rear end of this rod.
