Installation:
1. To make installation easier, turn off the gas inlet valve, place the transmission in park, and with
assistance stand ATV on its rear.
Installation can be done with ATV on the ground.
NOTE:
Anytime an ATV stands on its rear there is a danger of it falling. It is recommend that when
the ATV is standing on its rear that it be secured to a stable object, using a rope or ratchet strap.
2. Remove the plastic factory CV covers.
3. Place the High Lifter CV cover in place. Using a 4mm allen wrench and the 6mm allen bolts attach the
cover to the ATV. Place one 10mm washer between the CV Boot Cover and frame. (See illustration A)
4. Take the mounting bracket and insert it behind the CV cover, over the frame tubing and align with the
holes on the cover.
5. Using a 3/16 allen wrench mount the bottom side of the bracket with the 5/16 allen bolt. The bracket
hole facing the rear use the regular 5/16 bolt. The counter sunk bolt will go into the hole that will be
facing the ground and the regular 5/16 bolt will mount facing outward to the rear. (See illustration
