9. Once the kit is assembled, place the kit on the front rack and mark the holes that need to
be drilled to allow the kit to be mounted. Also mark all the holes where the hoses and
wires for the fan will pass through the rack.
NOTE: The wire location shown in the photo is suggested, but you can locate the wires
where you want. Just be sure you have enough wire if you decide to move then to a different
location.
10. Now drill and cut holes. The hole for hoses needs to be large enough to accommodate the
hose and protective sleeve (1 ½”) and the bolt holes need to be (5/16”). If you choose to
route the fan the way we show then cut a (3/4”) hole.
11. Place the kit back onto the front rack and attach the mounting bracket to the ATV front
rack. Insert the ¼ x 1 ¾ hex bolt and ¼ flat washer through the leg, rack, and backing
plate, which is under the rack. Fasten it together with ¼ flat washers and ¼ lock nut.
