Rear Lift Installation Instructions and Illustrations
1. Place jack under the ATV rear end and lift until the wheels are off the ground. Be careful to support the ATV properly so
that it is secure, but so that the A-arms and shocks can droop to full extension.
2. Remove the rear wheels and shocks.
3. Place the Large Spacer on the inside of the top shock mount, placing the Rear Square Tube Bracket, with the notch down and
facing inward, the open end down and outwards, over the shock mount.
4. Place the Flat Brace (with the point facing outward and to the rear of the tube bracket) next to the Rear Tube Bracket, with
the two holes on the pointed end lining up with the two holes on the tube bracket.
5. Now, secure the Rear Tube Bracket, Large Spacer and Flat Brace with one 10x45mm bolt and 10mm Lock Nut. Slide the
bolt from the rear of the ATV to the front.
6. Place the top of the shock into the center of the Rear Tube Bracket. Aligning it with the two holes in the bracket.
7. Insert three 10mm washers between the rear of the bracket and top of the shock, securing it with one 10x45mm bolt and
10mm Lock Nut. Slide the bolt form the rear of the ATV to the front.
8. To the rear of the flat brace, insert two 1x1 3/4 “ Button Head Bolts. One on top of the shock brace and one on the bottom of
the shock brace. Slide the bolts from the rear towards the front.
9. Place the Flat Bracket (Small) onto the bolts and secure it with two ¼” Lock Nuts.
10. Reattach shock to A-arm. Repeat steps for the other side.
11. Install the wheels, torque all wheel lugs to factory specifications, lower and remove jack. Check for clearance problems or
misalignment.
