12. Using T-20 torx bit remove
both screws.
13. Remove pad support
assembly.
14. Remove both chair arms
from arm stems by sliding off.
Note:
To remove fixed arm from
chair simply slide arm up off arm
stem.
11. Remove arm pad.
Repeat for opposite side.
