Will the Ball seize-up?
Yes, All turnover balls will get stuck at some point if you don’t maintain them.
Do you have a Fifth Wheel hitch to sting in to the Diamond Hitch?
No, not at this Time.
Do I have to Drill in my Frame?
Yes. On some models like the Ford and the New GM trucks
Will the Dodge hitch slide up and down the frame on how it is mounted?
No. The Frame Clamps are mounted on ether side of the overload bumper stop, so it can not slide.
Do you have a hitch for ½ ton trucks?
We don’t suggest putting our current gooseneck hitch in a ½ ton truck because of the truck’s weight rating but
we plan to offer a solution in the near future.
What makes this hitch easier to install?
The Diamond Hitch takes up less room on the truck frame, so fewer things have to be relocated or removed to
install it. You also don’t have to install a wheel well ball locking mechanism
Can I convert this to a Fifth Wheel?
Presently you would need to use an aftermarket “Ranch Adapter” instead of a Fifth Wheel but we are diligently
working to offer on a fifth wheel option.
